Your snatch block should be rated at twice the weight of the winch for a single block pull.
The weight of the vehicle doesn't translate directly into the required load rating of the winch, cable, block, or other recover devices. In a low friction environment (ice, snow, wet rocks) it is possible for a few hundred pounds of force to free up a stuck vehicle weighing 5000#s. It is also possible for a force much greater than the vehicle weight to be required if the truck is buried in deep sand or mud.
Unless you are winching the vehicle straight up in the air, the vehicle weight is only a slight consideration.
Base all of your recovery gear ratings off of the winch and the mechanical advantage of the set up. With one block and an 10,000 # winch, you will need a block and chain or strap with a 20,000 # rating.
