They will all have the same basic column, but the VF is a bigger truck, and might have lower gearing at the bottom end box.
I have civilian half ton, one ton, VC military half ton, and Wc military 3/4 ton colums in the garage and they all loof the same to me. Only noticeable difference is in some of the later WC steering wheel colours and construction (black plastic, green plastic, green plastic with exposed metal spokes)
