All the methods mentioned work, but there is a secret.

When you get a lot of wear on this pin, it tends to wear into the bushing, and wear a ledge on the pin too. If you try a straight pull, the wear ledge hooks against the back of the bush and nothing moves - you can pound and hammer it all day.

The secret is to get the pin to rotate. If it will rotate then the worn ledge on the pin will point downwards and the pin will pull out with little effort.

I generally remove the lock bolt, separate the jaws of the clamp a fraction with a screwdriver, and then put the largest reverse screw extractor I've got in the threaded hole - maybe with a 3/8" square drive head. For some reason using a large, coarse reverse thread damages the threads in the pin less than putting in the "correct" thread and ripping it out.

When the screw extractor is in, I just put a spanner on the square drive head and rotate the pin - it sometimes takes a lot of effort, but that tool-steel screw extractor is nearly as large in cross-section as the pin is, so I've not had one break or shear.

I've never yet failed to get a pin out if I can get it to turn, and only maybe two pins were worth re-using in all the ones I've done - and none of the bushes.
