buy the best you can afford and buy it once there has been a lot of 'knock' off junk on the market that can get you killed always check the manufactures credibilty be sure it is what it says it is .there are two ratings s.a.e and s.h.e ( hoisting)all lot of equipment we see here IMPORTED and carries s,a,e and s,h,e ratings but are not!! dangerous fraud
