The electrode looks fairly normal and the insulator is not very yellow suggesting that a colder plug is required. I would drive the M at the speed you experience the miss for several miles, stall the engine before stopping, and remove the plug to get a true indication of what the FI is doing. If you have blistering, white insulator, no carbon, then you may need a colder plug. From the symptoms, it sounds like it is running lean. Any surging noticed or lack off power, or the feel or any sound the engine is struggling at cruzing speed suggesting a lean condition?
