I thought we were talking about chasing after a hit and run driver. I didn't say anything about stolen property. I'm just saying it's very risky chasing after a hit and run driver. If you happen to injure or kill an innocent driver or pedestrian it would be a law suit that you would lose. And you could go to prison for manslaughter.His car must not have been damaged too bad if he was able to give chase. So what little damage was done is not enough to risk going to prison or losing a law suit. You must agree. Give me a break.
