Yeah but... is thwere something in the transfer case gone bad?

Especially the one about the 2/4 lever. The hi/low lever is OK-solid as I am in MY dreams.

Is there something internal with the transfer case? Or is it just those ol' spur gears dancing away?

Putting in those springy wavey washers helped some, but geez, I think I'm losing 4-5 horse power into that vibration.
