Doug, I agree with you 100% but the fact is, they're already here. Not many of them are willingly going to hop on that bus back to Tijuana to try & apply properly knowing there's only about a 1% chance they'll ever be accepted in.
There'd be some extreme violence if they just started rounding them up & booting them out...I'm not sure this would be easy or wise.
I said it before...I'm glad I don't have to deal with this problem. I have enough on my plate trying to decide which Power Wagon to buy next :)
