yes but 99 percent of that evolution is contained in the 3/4 ton WC. If anything there were some quality reversals with the PW. Like going back to 6 volt pos ground from 12 volt, lower quality wiring system, offset rear axle. the only advancement in the PW over the 3/4 ton WC was the use of the 2 speed Tcase.
