Thats not really what I am saying, but yes, I suppose if you use the side mounts then you wouldnt need the front mount that comes with the kit. And if you also fabbed your own rear mounts then you really dont need the kit. The Poly I used had the big iron horse collar front mount. the side mount ears were not used (60 D-500) I didnt need to change the waterpump, but dont know if thats the high pump or the low pump or what. All I know is it worked with the front mount that came with the kit and thats what I used!
