The gauges are 1951 and newer in style, and the center gauge looks to have a chrome bezel which would make it a 1951-54.
The inner door handles are wrong as well, they look a lot like the 1967-68 handles, but the winders do not look quite right.
I wonder what the VIN is, and if the tag on the door jamb matches the frame?
