I used the one supplied by helitool on my Bumblebee with 318. I modified that design for my Carryall and M37 with the Cummins. There is a picture on the helitool site;

The assembly mounts on the firewall and has the pedal arm with a roller bearing on the end. The Stock pedal rides on the roller bearing as you press the pedal. The pedal arm pulls a cable to the carb linkage.
