Yes, I made this change. But I preferred welding gear (blue) on the output shaft, to the forward deck. Thus gear clutch is not changed. I also planing all teeth of the sprocket rear exit, which allows to move from 4x2 4x4 with the shafts in place. BUT it works still in front-wheel drive. So, with removable hubs and 4x4 position, we can only ride with the afterdeck engine. I travelled approximately 3000 km with this modification, and spent a period of "teething", it works fine. The speed is multiplied by 1.96 (or divided by 0.51!). Starting 1st mandatory (?)speed! The third speed is a little faster than the old 4th (direct). For those who want to save gas is to try because it costs only the price of additional gear!
I make this change because the rotational speed of the diesel engine replacement is too slow. (Google encore !)
