Many good points.. However the receiver will rarely if ever pull a trailer. It's main use will be for the Pintle Hitch, or Rear Winch.
Here you can see the winch held approximately in the three locations I'm considering. I doubt that I will go with the lower height. The middle position isn't bad though.
