There something about this eBay sale that I haven't seen before. There are 4 declined offers to date on the truck. I'm used to seeing bids and reserves not yet met, but I've never seen multiple declined offers. What's up?
I'm not criticizing the seller. Maybe this is the way high dollar items are now handled with eBay.
