Hi Mac,
I know you mentioned on a previous post in November that you are running the Dennan overdrive with the 8 volt set up. Would the (12 volt) solenoid on the o.d. it not work with the stock 6 volt system?
I have a '52 stock PW truck and just got one of the overdrives from Dennis.
II would prefer to keep it 6 volts, but if I have to I can get an 8 volt battery and adjust the voltage regulator. I would rather not have a separate 12 volt motorcycle battery to run it.
