Floor board bolts

Anyone know a source for bolts for the floor boards in my 67 WM300 they are 5/16 24 x3/4 with 7/8 captured loose washer and hex head. I can find ones with attached gripping washer but I would like to have the ones with the loose washer as came with the truck.
