Slide hammer dent puller. Drill two small pilot holes into the metal of the old seal 180 degrees from eachother, then a small screw in the tip of the dent puller, and slide pull away. Try to use a good hard screw, no a cheapie from the name brand hardware stores. I have had the cheap screw break off at the head while slide pulling with the dent puller.
