IE will still run in the back ground, collecting cookies.
Simplist way to disable it is to tell it to use a proxy, then enter a proxy address of 000-00-00-000.
Too bad my DSL server HAS to use Yahoo web-mail. I can't use Thunderbird any more, have to use O.E.. I really hate monopolies. And the manipulation of big companies.
