MU-2 shafts are simple, just one or two or three keyways slotted into them. I'll bet Braden makes a capstan today that could be adapted.
Or hmmm, how long is one pull? A couple hundred feet of poly rope would fit on an empty winch spool... or use the empty winch spool as a capstan?
