Yes it is. I don't exactly know what model. It is either a VF401 or VF404 (without dump bed and no winch) or VF403 or VF406 (with dump bed and no winch) or a VF402 or VF405 (no dump bed and a winch). I believe that it is actually a 1940 with the individual chrome stips that go across the middle of the grill. We have a 1940 VF404 that we got off an old ranch around our area. They are cool old military trucks. Ours still has the numbers on the hood.
