There was a previous discussion about the hardness of Rustoleum paint.
A year or two ago our local Tractor Supply Company started selling a hardener made by Valspar. This is good for use with their tractor restoration enamels or other enamels.

I have used this successfully with Rustoleum. I think there is a noticeable difference in the hardness of the paint. It also increases the gloss and decreases the dry time significantly.
Unfortunately I did not know about it at the time I painted my truck.
