The M37 used a fuel pump that had a vacuum pump integral to the pump.
The WDX-WM300 series trucks had offered as an option (in later years) a similar dual function pump as well. The functions were reversed top to bottom from the M37 pump.
The picture appearing above is a pump from a WM300.
