The 1 & 5/16: Master Cylinder I use and have recommended is Bendix 11584. NAPA number is 39017. Its actual application is 1979 Chevy C30-1 Ton with JD-8 Option. I dont know about the plate you mention as I use this MC on a firewall mount with suspended pedals.
