That's the top of the basin...very dry.
Great area to buy cars because they rarely rust & the interiors are 1000% better than in hot areas like AZ, NV & CA.
In the NW you'll never see a cracked dash or a dash mat...unheard of.
Why do you think Jonas has so damn many trucks!
