This truck will have a 727 auto, but the case is cummins ONLY. The gas trannys will not fit it. The transfer case is a 205 married mount for auto only and will only fit the diesel tranny because the splines on the trans and case are bigger than the gassers. Hope that this helps. As for 38,xxx miles......BS, it might only have 138,xxx on it.
