as your question answers itself in my mind so
I too therefore presumed it was intended as humor.
A 12V bulb failing with a bright flash in a 24V
system is pretty self explanatory to me. A 6V
would probably twice as bright as it failed.
Have you thought about flash cubes?

most these people are pretty nice (well 'nice';
don't know about pretty). Their humor is just
not a bit eclectic. Comes with the vehicles I
guess. Your mom must have hung around with Thumper's
