I dont count coin change to pay anyone. Everything is paid for with paper money. At the end of each day, I put all the coin change from that day in 80 ounce BBQ Sauce Jugs. Typically $2 to $3 a day. A full 80 ounce BBQ Jug will hold roughly $120. There is a coin counting machine down in the settlement. It gives you a break down of the number of each coin and a vouicher to turn in for real Paper Money. By far the largest numbers of coins in my change is quarters.
