about a guy who was so proud of the fact that he still had his grandfather's hatchet. He was so proud of that hatchet that he went out and bought a new handle for it. Then he realized it was not as sharp as he wanted it to be, so he bought a brand new hatchet head and put his nice new handle in it. The poor guy continued to brag about how cool it was that he still had his grandfather's hatchet. Now, most people with a tiny bit of common sense would readily shout out: "you dope, you have replaced both of the only two parts of that hatchet. It's not the same hatchet". I guess it's all in how you look at it.
