Sure, I'd do it again. I hope to be back in the Rockies in August and next December, and am likely to have plenty other opportunities to get to the Front Range.
Yeah, I was told the input shaft is different than the pre '68 transmission recommended for the Helitool conversion.
The output is set up for a married NP205, which should work nicely with a centered rear diff. I've got all the shifters and adapters and even the cross member that could be easily adapted to mount the unit to the frame.
I don't remeber the input shaft specs. I know it had a mechanical clutch on an '84 360/318. I can check.
