But didja know... It's not the tint that stops the UV, it's the glass material that the lens is made from. SOoo, if the rice-propelled welder has sunglasses that stop UV, and he's wearing a page from the Wall Street Journal (UV can't get through that, I can't either!) then his worst problem will be eyestrain from the brightness, not flash burns.
Hey, doesn't his newspaper page say SPF 6,000,000? Maybe it was torn form the case of sunscreen?
