I bought my tool from Big Flats. It's on page 12 of the 2005 catalog listed under Air tools for setting round head rivets.
It works great! I bought the 3/8 tool which is the largest I could find. I just used it on 7/16 rivets to double up a work truck frame and it turned out factory looking.
