As I understand it, VPW is not going to be involved in the actual planning and staffing of the rally in 2008, as they need a break. They will however, be a sponser and lend support. I believe a committee of volunteers is actually doing the planning and staffing of the even in 2008. Then, VPW will do it in 2009.
Someone correct me if I am wrong here.
