I could be wrong but, if the cab-over cab's are like the regular cabs, the re-enforcement lines on the center of the dash should run down to the bottom of the dash. They did that until the postwar Dodges came out. If this is a 1940 then it has a postwar cab attached to it. But again, I culd be wrong.
