I might like COTM if I ever meet him. Just like I like Paul Cook. Mike's knowledge does extend beyond the Michelin manual. But I think that people asking advice here want some practical alternative knowledge.

Anyway, I assume Mike is OK, since I recollect he kind of tapered down. Maybe he is just busy on his projects. Anybody care to check with him?
