My 70 LT1 Corvette had everything on vacuum. Heater/AC controls, brake booster, head light doors, cruise control etc. Just ran a big vacuum tank from engine vacuum. If I remember right, the tank was a tube behind the front bumper, about 5 inches in dia and the width of the bumper. But thats going back a long time in memory.
