I agree with many of your points, I just tend to think of Carryalls when I see trucks with closed cab roofs added. As I said in another post I always forget that the front few inches of an ambulance are basically the same as a closed cab.

I am not sure this is made up of much more then a WC-54, and a 2wd cab roof and back of cab section. But there may be more true Dodge bits on their somewhere.
