PW Original Rear View Mirrors (interior)?

From what I can tell early Power Wagons were not offered with interior rear view mirrors. This picture is from a Dodge Preliminary Parts List manual for 46 WDX and it does not show an interior rear view mirror.

Am I wrong? Maybe an interior mirror was a dealer option? I've seen trucks with mirrors but each truck had a different mirror mounted in a different location/way -- which tells me people probably added them later.

Can anybody provide a picture of what an original mirror looked like for a WDX?
