Installing long block Chrysler in 1/2 ton WC

Has Anyone on this forum installed a long block Chrysler flathead in a 1/2 ton WC? I have a WC-12 pick up and a Chrysler Industrial IND7(236) motor which I am thinking of installing in place of the 230. I have heard you need to move the Radiator mount forward and make new front engine mounts. I really don't want to hack up my frame to do this. Thanks for any advice. Joe Giraud
