I should add that I used contact cement to ensure a full bond (ventilate well and bring your friends over for a high...for the first few days....ha!ha!)
The full bond seems to really eliminate the condensation problem. We use this stuff in cold storage units and freezers and it seems to work fine as long as you have no gaps in the adhesive.
