The 383 would make it pretty unusual I think. The rest of the truck is pretty much off the shelf. I have seen quite a few W100's with the 3/4 ton axles. That 383 makes it interesting. It appears that in the 60's, you could pretty much mix and match to get anything you wanted from Dodge,in a truck.
