Putting windows back in?

When replacing the windows in the doors of a ffpw, can someone tell me which order to the parts go in or does this make a difference. In other words does with window crank mechanism go in before the vertical metal guide or does the vent window go in last? How about the flexible window guide/lace? has anyone used sound deadener in the doors?
