Nissan started that bulging square fender crap and even the new Silverado has that look, I agree that it is UGLY, but better than the 2007, Ralph Giles is in a rut.....a Canadian from Jamaica shouldn't be in charge of American truck design, (no offense Marty) he has no "roots" in pickups.
Look at the Jeep Compass, hard to believe that the Caliber is the same vehicle when you look at the stupid bulbous fenders on the Compass. This looks like a car designed by a team of 12 and all 12 got their way!!! What a hodgepodge of conflicting design cues...!
