Positive, here is the Cooper Web site, the guy that designed it should be out of business!!!!

There was another company that went out of business, actually owned by Goodyear and I forget their name. From the Tire Manufacturers website:
"No fewer than six domestic tire makers--Firestone Tire & Rubber Co., Dunlop Tire Corp., General Tire Inc., Armstrong Tire Corp., Mohawk Rubber Co. and Uniroyal-Goodrich Tire Co.--were sold during the decade. By the time the 1990s rolled around, only two U.S. firms--Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. and Cooper Tire & Rubber Co.--were among the top 15 world tire manufacturers."
