wobbling crank pulley

my 56'ffpw has a wobbling crank pulley.does'nt affect performance but hard to look at/watch,is this thing ready to fly off?bolts are tight,does it have a rubber isolater between the pulley and balancer?i have seen inline 6 chevys spin the pulley right off.any ideas?thanks mike.
