2 quart oil filter canasters with drain plug

My 1947 flathead 6 Dodge truck has the small oil filter canister that does not even have a drain plug on the bottom. Today I saw 4 vintage 1940's military type G.M.C. with the in line,o.h.v. 292 six cyl engine. they had a large two quart type oil filter canister. this would probably be a improvement upgrade over the small canister for the flathead sixes. At least you get one extra quart of oil and a drain plug. Where does one get such an item?
