Source for square lock washers

I'm sure this has come up before, but I can't find the answer in the PIF. Didn't somebody find a source for those old-style squarish lock washers that are used all over M-series vehicles? They're made out of fairly thick stock, somewhat dished in the middle, have internal teeth, and have rounded corners on the outsides. Anybody know where to get them?
