Per the last forum, took your advice and adjusted the steering box to get rid of low speed shimmy. I put the front end on jack stands and adjusted the box with the steering straight ahead. After adjustment the steering/wheels would move freely left and right of center but a small amount of resistance could be felt as you passed through the center point{truck still on stands}. I tightened the screw a little more until the center resistance was noticible and then backed off some. Driving the truck, the shimmy was reduced by 80% or so but a little was still present. What is your view on the adjustment? Should I tighten the screw until more resistance is felt in the steering? It is no where near the "bind up" point. BTW, it took about 3 complete turns of the screw to get it to this point-I guess it was pretty loose!
