the new sterling pickups are 4500 dodges?

i was looking in the july issue of fleet owner magazine and i noticed that the new sterling bullet looked alot like the new dodge 4500s infact the only think i could find different is the hood emblem.. the specs are all the same as the dodges.. does any one else know anything abt this?
