I have a Dodge Caravan and I can hear the pump when I first turn on the key. If you could hear it, the pump would probably be working and your no pressure problem might be somewhere else. Mine has a fuel filter about midway from the tank. That could be plugged if it has not been changed in a while. I have had this happen on other rigs. I have also seen a sock on the intake become plugged and have no fuel pressure. I don't know if these vehicles have that type of setup or not but it is a thought. Good luck.
